Fyndiq is the no1 online Bargain Superstore in Sweden today. I worked in different stations/teams at Fyndiq, always focused on delivering value to our end consumers. I worked in the Orders & Payments, Inventory, Merchant Tools, and Accounting teams. My skills are used where the company needs the most.

I was part of the architectural decisions, the design of new microservices and I was actively looking for the best ways of working to help my colleagues and our company to grow.

Working at Fyndiq I achieved the following:

• Led the Order & Payments station to deliver our first MVP of the new platform
• Led the Merchant tools station to build APIs and tools for our Chinese merchants, actively discussing the backlog, breaking down tasks, and supporting the members of the station
• Participated in the Accounting station to build our bookkeeping applications
• Participated in the Inventory station to boost the development time and delivery of our APIs respecting our deadlines
• Organized discussions around tests, code review, ways of working, and software quality

Technical Stack: We use mainly Python with different web frameworks, we do love unit tests and we have a good Continuous Delivery pipeline. We follow Domain Driven Design, Event Sourcing & CQRS when is needed. We use Sentry, Datadog, and other services to monitor our services, we deploy with Kubernetes and develop using Docker. We use Kafka as our message bus to event-sourced applications, and we maintain several projections using MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and RDBMS. All the services are running in the Google Cloud Platform inside a Kubernetes cluster.
