Working with Google.org Fellowship to build an open-source platform together with MicroMentor, Digital Boost & Keren Shemesh. As a Tech Lead, I am responsible for leading the team of 4 Google' Software Engineers, My primary responsibility is to ensure that my team produces highquality software products that meet the needs of organizations around the world.
I work closely with the product managers to align and set expectations. I provide technical guidance to the product team and make sure that the software my team builds aligns with the product vision.
Another essential aspect of my role is managing stakeholders. I regularly communicate with executives, business leaders, and other teams to provide updates on my team's progress and ensure that everyone is aligned on the project's goals.
I work with the product team to develop a clear and comprehensive roadmap that outlines the project's goals and milestones. I ensure that my team is working towards these goals, and I regularly update the roadmap to reflect any changes in the project's direction.
